This fully staffed beachside villa overlooks the Bay of Cala Jondal, the coolest and most exclusive bay on the island, with its variety of chic beach bars and fabulous restaurants. The famous Blue Marlin and Tropicana Beach bars are just in front of the villa. Enjoying an incredible location, Cala Jondal is the only bay on Ibiza to be designated a nature reserve. Dolphins can often be spotted, as well as the world’s most luxurious super-yachts. On one of the terraces there is a bespoke hot tub where you can sip cocktails under the stars and listen to the waves gently lapping up against the sands below. With two Butlers and a personal Chef, Villa Rica can offer the services of a luxury hotel, with the privacy of a first class villa.
The amenities in Villa Rica provide a touch of Hollywood glamour right here on this spectacular Spanish island. On the lower ground floor there is an underwater disco and bar with sub aquatic pool windows; your own private after-hours club. So that you can relax and focus on enjoying your vacation to the full, we provide six full-time staff including two butlers. The chef can prepare a selection of fresh organic produce including locally caught fish to delight the senses of you and your guests, and the Butlers can serve cocktails, canapé and freshly pressed juices (please note there is an additional charge for any food sourced and supplied). All modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, international satellite television and sound system make the interior a home from home. Outside, the heated pool, hot-tub, skylounge and al fresco dining provide lots of options for chilling out or entertaining.
The interior décor is timeless with crisp white walls providing the perfect contrast to the lush green trees, deep blue ocean and soft, warm sand that surround the villa.
The villa has five double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. All the rooms come with satellite plasma television, DVD, sound system, air conditioning and mini fridges to make your stay that little bit extra special. Four of the bedrooms boast ocean views and the remaining room has a peaceful outlook onto the garden. Villa Rica can accommodate up to 10 guests and smoking is permitted.
Location is everything when you’re on vacation. The beach is a minute walk from the vIlla, where there are some of the best restaurants on the Island. It is just a 10 to 15 minute drive to Ibiza Town, restaurants, shops, night clubs, the airport and many other beaches.
