It is located just outside the village of Sant Llorenc on the east coast of the island, with the nearest beaches only a 10–15 minute walk away. The house is perfect for anyone looking to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the relaxed, authentic island life of Mallorca.



The house is all on one level and measures approximately 130 m². It features a cozy, beautifully decorated living-dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located near the dining area and opens onto a covered terrace shaded by large trees surrounding the house. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with single beds) and two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a shower over the bathtub), all ensuite. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning.



The highlight of this property is its beautiful and picturesque natural garden. In front of the spacious porch with a dining table, a mobile barbecue, and a chill-out sofa, under the shade of mature trees, you will find the 7 m x 4 m pool area (depth 0.80–1.80 m, chlorinated water). Here, you can soak up the Mediterranean sun under the umbrella and experience true relaxation during your vacation. Just a few meters from the house, there is a small outbuilding with a hammock hanging between the trees—another perfect spot to unwind and forget about everyday life.



The location is excellent: the town of Sant Llorenc is just a 5-minute drive away, and the nearest beaches, such as Sa Coma or Cala Millor, are about 10–15 minutes away.
