Stay at SA MANIGA

It was a wonderfull experience and the appartment has a wonderfull view. Only in the Night until around 11pm there was live music nearby.

Nice place near the beach

but there were issues. 1) the lock needs to be repaired, it was difficult to open the door every time; 2) it is not in Cala Millor - this was important for GPS; 3) owner initially tried to take us to a 1 bedroom when we booked a 2 bedroom, it was resolved; 4) paid double for cleaning fee as I paid owner in cash.

Needs Maintenance

Host was prompt at check in but quick to exit with 100 euro cleaning fee. No explanation on the operation of stove, washer and shower. Refused a second key which made planning the day with other couple frustrating. No change of bedding, 10 nites sleeping in same sheets not good especially since the washer did not work . Had to go to the laundromat and pay to get clean towels. Toilet seat broke, rusted off. Frying pans need replacing and mold in the shower needs work. Excellent view , nicely decorated and great location.

Eine super schön gelegene Wohnung, schöner Strandabschnitt, weil etwas weiter entfernt vom Trubel Cala Millor . Ausstattung in Ordnung. Alles da was man so braucht. Töpfe, Pfannen. Bisschen mehr Besteck wäre super. Aber das nur am Rande. Sonst gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Kopfkissen sind Geschmacksache:) Gute Kommunikation mit Thomas. Vielen Dank! Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen.

Stimmig. Doch leider hatten wir vereinzelt Käfer im Badezimmer und an manchen Ecken war die Wohnung sehr abgewohnt. Ein Staubsauger wäre optimal gewesen, doch auf Nachfrage bei Herrn Musel war dies nicht möglich. Die Terrassentür lies sich den gesamten Aufenthalt NICHT schließen. Wir haben uns mit 2 kleinen Kinden nicht sicher gefühlt. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert aber er wollte nichts machen daran.

Schöne Wohnung gut gelegen

Schöne Wohnung abseits des lauten Trubels und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Hervorragend für einen individuellen Urlaub am Strand. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung war nicht 100%ig geputzt, wurde auf unseren Hinweis aber sofort angeboten zu beheben.

Das Appartmenthaus SA MANIGA ist schon mal schwer zu finden, trotz angegebener Adresse. In Spanien sind Straßennamen und Hausnummern eher selten. Da wäre eine zusätzliche Information hilfreich gewesen. Die Appartements sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber architektonisch misslungen: ein „gefangenes“ Bad ohne Tageslicht, ohne Entlüftung, ohne Heizung. Das „Sa Maniga - LUXUS Apartm. 5.Etage gigantischer Meerblick, 4Pers., WLAN“ hat außer dem „gigantischer Meerblick“ (Nordost, keine Sonne) wenig zu bieten, noch nicht einmal eine Information zum WLAN, zur (sehr lauten) Klimaanlage und dem TV. Den Meerblick hat man auch nur, wenn man auf dem (überdimensionierten) Sofa sitzt, am Esstisch sitzt man vor der Wand. Keine Spülmaschine (nicht einmal eine Spülbürste), sparsamste Ausstattung. An einemTopf noch die Speisereste des Vormieters (bei einer stolzen „Reinigungsgebühr“). Diese Info bezieht sich allerdings auf das darüberliegende Appt. 6F, das uns als „noch besser“ angeboten wurde. Zum Wunsch des Vermieters Thomas, „eine gute Bewertung zu erhalten“ trägt folgender SMS-Dialog bei, ausgelöst durch die telefonische Bitte, das richtige WLAN-Netz und das richtige Passwort zu nennen (es steht nämlich NICHT auf dem Router): Th.: „xxx ist das Passwort. Anbieter yyy“ Ich: „OK. Könnte man ja auch irgendwo aufschreiben“ Th.: „Wo ist das Problem... es war vorhin alles sehr hektisch durch Sie“ Ich: „Ach! Ich bin an der fehlenden Info schuld!?!“ Th.: ruft an und teilt mir mit, dass er sich so etwas nicht bieten lassen muss Ich: antworte, dass ich keine Lust habe, mit ihm darüber zu diskutieren Th.: „Unverschämtheit“ Ein erstaunlicher Umgang eines Vermieters mit seinem Gast, ihm nach einem gutgemeinten Hinweis auf fehlende Informationen (die ein höflicher Mensch mit einer Entschuldigung beantwortet) „Hektik“ zu unterstellen. Die „Hektik“ entstand vielleicht durch meine Weigerung, mit ihm (ohne seine Maske) in eine enge Fahrstuhlkabine zu steigen. Damit wir uns nicht falsch verstehen: Die Unterkunft selbst ist nicht zu empfehlen – das Verhalten des Vermieters hat nur noch eins draufgesetzt. Sieht man sich seine Kommentare zu den (erstaunlich wenigen) nicht so positiven Bewertungen an, so ist von selbstkritischem Verständnis wenig zu spüren (Zitat: „Sie waren die falschen Gäste für diese tolle Wohnung. Ich wünsche keinem anderen Vermieter solche Gaste wie Sie.“).

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Wiederholungspotential

Wir haben vom Vermieter im Vorfeld alle notwendigen Informationen erhalten. Durch unseren frühen Flug wurde uns auch ein früherer Check-in in das Appartement ermöglicht. Bei Fragen zum Appartement oder Umfeld haben wir immer direkt eine Antwort per WhatsApp bekommen. Darüber hinaus auch wertvolle Tipps z. B. zu Restaurants. Ich kann meine Mieterfahrung zu diesem Objekt nur empfehlen!

Sehr gutes Appartment mit grandioser Aussicht

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der 5. Etage. Kontakt und Abwicklung sehr gut. Der Blick vom Balkon ist herausragend. Alles an Utensilien vorhanden. Auch Schirme für den Strand waren vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Matratzen und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Safe war auch vorhanden . Alles bestens auch oder gerade in Coronazeiten.

Es hat uns supergut gefallen. Wohnung sehr zentral und mit der Nähe zum Meer sehr gut. Laut der Internet Beschreibung sind wir von sehr mehr Abstand zum Meer ausgegangen. Der Ausblick hält, was er verspricht! Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass man nochmal 85 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlen muss. Die Adresse wird leider nicht automatisch von jedem Navi gefunden, das macht die Anreise etwas kompliziert. Auch könnten mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Pro Person 3 Handtücher für den gesamten Aufenthalt ist sehr wenig! Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Super Urlaub!!!

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Leider war sehr viel Sand abgetragen, sodass es größtenteils über Felsen ins Meer ging. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Appartment war sehr sauber. Die Übergabe verlief pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Das Appartment liegt in der "ruhigeren Zone" am Rande von Cala Millor. Nachtruhe ist daher gewährleistet. Fußläufig an max. 5-10 Minuten sind alle Restaurants in der Fußgängerzone und an der Strandpromenade erreichbar. Frische Brötchen gibt es im EG des Gebäudes (2 Geschäfte) und in der nahegelegen deutschen Bäckerei (Biggi's Patisserie).
