Our property Finca Sa Torre Nova has an idyllic location, situated between sa Coma and Son Carrió, where we will find one of the best villas in the Llevant area. It stands out for its great space and clear views among nature. Sa Torre Nova is surrounded by beautiful vegetation carefully tended by owner Lorenzo, the same design that this villa has in particular with a special charm and affection in every corner of the house. As soon as you arrive at the villa, you breathe an atmosphere of quality and tranquillity at all times. The Mallorcan natural stone architecture makes it very special. The exterior area is thought out in detail at all times, the large terrace surrounded by a garden will provide you with a great space and ease of movement at all times. On the covered terrace you can dine with family or friends until the time you wish, if what you prefer is to light the barbecue and open a bottle of good Mallorcan wine, this villa is for you. It is worth highlighting the pool area of more than 8 metres long that will delight and captivate us at all times. After a good swim, you can dry the water drops in the sun while lying on the loungers and enjoying the warm Mediterranean temperatures. The interior of the villa is of Mallorcan style, a high-quality environment in the furniture and appliances that make up a large and well-equipped kitchen. The spacious and well-lit living room will allow you to relax on the comfortable sofas or watch television, thanks to the fact that every corner of the house is designed for unforgettable holidays. The open kitchen has large cupboards and is designed in detail with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, electric kettle and filter coffee maker.
