Zu Fuß erreichen Sie diese in 2 Minuten.Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß und hat drei sehr schöne Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Duschbad.Zwei Schlafzimmer haben direkten Ausgang zum Pool im gigantischem Innenhof. ZusĂ€tzlich gibt es ein seperates GĂ€ste WC. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer bequemen, großzĂŒgigen Couch ausgestattet. Die große WohnkĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen und hat auch einen Zugang zur Terasse mit Pool. Grillmöglichkeiten ist nicht vorhanden.Waschraum und Vorratsraum selbstverstĂ€ndlich. La maison est sympa mais nous avons eu beaucoup de dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. DĂ©jĂ , quand on entre il y a une trĂšs forte odeur trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able de renfermĂ©, d'humiditĂ© et de refoulement. Ça refroidit direct! En plus il n'y avait pas de courant Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. On a dĂ» se dĂ©brouiller Ă  trouver le tableau Ă©lectrique et Ă  tout remettre en route. Bon admettons, on passe au dessus, on s'installe on profite. Le problĂšme c'est que le courant n'a pas arrĂȘtĂ© de sauter sans arrĂȘt sans qu'on comprenne ce qui provoquait ça. Jusqu'au moment oĂč on n'a plus rĂ©ussi Ă  rĂ©tablir le courant. Donc message Ă©crit au propriĂ©taire pour savoir si quelqu'un pourrait intervenir le lendemain. Sa rĂ©ponse : je ne parle pas français et il est 23h ! Autant vous dire qu'on a apprĂ©ciĂ© ! Bref, on refait un message en anglais il appelle on se dĂ©brouille. Le lendemain on part pour la journĂ©e, en rentrant plus de courant, on se douche comme on peut et on se rend compte que de l'eau coule par un spot du plafond !! Quelqu'un est intervenu mais que le lendemain... Nous Ă©tions lĂ  pour 4 jours, avec de l'Ă©lectricitĂ© le tiers du temps et cette odeur nausĂ©abonde permanente... nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location qui est pourtant trĂšs confortable. On a demandĂ© un geste sur le prix du mĂ©nage la rĂ©ponse a Ă©tĂ© de laisser la somme convenue au dĂ©part sur la table en partant ! VoilĂ  voilĂ ...

warmly recommend this apartment – it’s an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment! It’s extremely large, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – perfect for families.The highlight is definitely the big outdoor terrace with a private pool, which made our stay extra special.The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet everything is within easy reach. It’s close to a beautiful rocky beach, and there’s also a child-friendly sandy beach nearby. CafĂ©s and restaurants are just a short walk away.We warmly recommend this apartment – it’s an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday!

Bewertung der Ferienwohnung (Juli 2025)Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön – direkt an der Bucht gelegen. Man muss nur die Straße ĂŒberqueren und ist sofort am Wasser. Zu einem schönen Sandstrand fĂŒhrt ein angenehmer Weg am Meer entlang, in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war alles da, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die WĂ€nde teilweise feucht waren und es dadurch etwas muffig gerochen hat. Das war nicht dramatisch, aber deutlich spĂŒrbar.Auch die Poolanlage war anfangs sehr schön. Leider wurde der Pool wĂ€hrend unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nur einmal gereinigt – in der zweiten Woche leider gar nicht mehr. Das fanden wir schade, da sich dadurch Algen gebildet haben und das Wasser zum Schluss nicht mehr ganz so einladend war.Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage und guter Ausstattung – mit kleineren AbzĂŒgen bei Sauberkeit und Pflege der Außenanlage.

Maison fonctionelle et localisée idéalement

Maison trĂšs fontnctionnelle. Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, chaque couple ainsi que les enfants avaient leur propre salle de bains. Clim dans toutes les piĂšces et piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able (nous avions pied partout). Le +, une crique paradisiaque 1 minute Ă  pied, nous y allions direct en maillot (prĂ©voir des chaussures de mer car presenece de rochers). Spot idĂ©al pour le snorkeling, il y avait mĂȘme des groupes de plongeurs. Un Ă©tendoir Ă  linge serait par contre un + car manquant. En conclusion, une location que nous recommandons. pipied, le trajet en maillot
