Sprawled across two floors with approximately 180 m², the house consists of a cozy, beautifully decorated living room with satellite TV and a spacious dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is located near the dining area and offers access to a covered terrace shaded by large trees surrounding the house. There are three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) and three bathrooms (1 shower, 2 showers over bathtub), all of which are ensuite. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located on the first floor, and all bedrooms have their own air conditioning.
