Welcome to this spacious villa with private pool near Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, perfect for a quiet family-holiday for up to 7 guests and 1 baby.



This amazing house is in the countryside, surrounded by mountains and fields. The hill Pou Colomer forms part of this estate and you can make a nice hike there. Within 15 km, you’ll find 2 golf courses, Capdepera and Canyamel. If the beach is what you’re searching for, you can go to Son Serra de Marina in the north or explore the east coast and Cala Bona or Cala Ratjada. A car is necessary.



The private, 12 x 5 metres salt water pool has amazing views over the countryside. Around the pool, there’s a sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, an exterior shower and 2 parasols. Next to the pool you’ll find a shady sitting area with a table and chairs. The porch gives access to the interior of the house and to the living room with cozy sofa and a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Besides, guests will enjoy free Wifi, a washing machine and 2 bathroms with shower and hair dryer. You can choose between 4 bedrooms, one with 1 single bed and the other three with a double bed each. (3 of them on the first floor and one on the ground floor) You can park for free outside the house.



To consider:



There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
