On a hillside In Santa Eulària des Riu, the 2-storey villa Shangri-La is situated in the residential complex Siesta. With over 600 m² of living space and a breathtaking outdoor area, the villa accommodates 9 guests. Passing the rock garden, you can climb a staircase to the entrance area, which is lined with Mediterranean plants. The Ibizan holiday home features a large living room with a fireplace, a rustic dining room, a very well-equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional half-bath. Amenities of the rustic accommodation, which has wooden ceilings and stone walls, also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a fireplace, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the fantastic outdoor area you will find a balcony, a garden, a loggia, a sun terrace, a barbecue and comfortable furniture for up to 12 people. Swim in the marvelous salty pool overlooking the deep blue sea and lush vegetation, sunbathe on one of the loungers and leave the stress of everyday life behind. A choice of restaurants is 400 m or a 6-minute walk away and a supermarket is 850 m or a 12-minute walk from the accommodation. The beach of Es Calo s'Algó is 200 m away and you will arrive in Santa Eulalia after a 5-minute drive.

Amazing villa - loved our stay!!

Pros: Ana is an amazing and gracious host, met us later than planned due to a delayed flight & booked us into a restaurant that evening. The rooms are fantastic - loved our master suite with the incredible views from the top terrace!! The layout works well, there are multiple terraces with seating Definitely wake up early to watch the sun rise! The kitchen is well stocked, air con works well and there is an outdoor bbq with seating for relaxed evening meals. Ana had stocked the kitchen with the basics but there are small shops within walking distance & a Mercadona a short drive away. The local beach is a few min walk down a steep road, you can hire sunbeds/umbrellas & the kiosk sells cold drinks & tapas. The marina is 20 minute walk with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars as well as the port (we caught the ferry to Formentera). Recommend: Seventeen & The Grill & if you need transport for larger groups - IbiRide were awesome. We had 2 weeks at this villa and loved it! Cons: Nothing - honestly this villa is ideal.

Prachtig huis, mooie locatie, met zwembad.

Pros: De host Ana Maria was erg aardig. In Nederland al goed contact met haar en afspraken gemaakt. Wij mochten 's ochtends al in het huis en ook op de dag van vertrek mochten wij langer in het huis. Dat was fijn. Ook water, fruit, koffie, thee etc. aanwezig bij aankomst, heel gastvrij. Mooie rondleiding van Ana Maria. Wat een prachtige locatie. AT Handdoeken voor bij het zwembad en in de badkamers (4 badkamers met wc) volop aanwezig. Ook veel ruimte op het dakterras met een prachtig uitzicht. De 2 hangstoelen waren erg in trek. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig en voldoende waslijnen en rekjes. Ook een fijne bbq en genoeg ruimte om met 9 personen te zitten. De keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met fantastisch weer. Cons: Het was allemaal prima.

Prachtige villa in het leuke stadje Santa Eulalia. Het huis heeft een paar geweldige terrassen met fantastisch uitzicht over zee. We hebben genoten in dit luxe huis met zwembad. Ook dank aan onze gastvrouw Ana voor haar behulpzaamheid en snelle reactie op onze vragen. Een top bestemming!
