A little jewel in Cala Llonga Beach. One bedroom brand new renovated cozy and modern apartment.First line of sea, direct sea view. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people working, relaxing, enjoying life, walking 50 steps to the beach or hiking just around the corner.
With modern new appliances to make life more comfortable: induction kitchen, oven, air fryer, drinkable water filter, oled smart tv, washing/ drying machine, 2 independent A/C and a vertical piano.
And plenty great restaurants/cafes downstairsin case you prefer not to cook.

Cala Llonga Beach is in the north east side of the island, one of Ibiza most exclusive beaches, more family and couples oriented than the south west part of the island.
There is a children’s playground in the beach (you can see it from our terrace) and a local market on Thursdays at the promenade.

By car, we are 9 min from Santa Eularia, 20 from Ibiza town, and 23 from Ibiza airport. It is possible to take a ferry from our beach to Formentera (takes 45 minutes) or to other beaches like Cala Pada, Es Canar, Santa Eularia or Ibiza town.
