The villa is located at the highest point of the peaceful Valverde community, in a quiet cul-de-sac where several beautiful walking trails begin. From the two spacious terraces, you enjoy open views over the hills and even a glimpse of the sea. At the same time, the location is ideal: the beach, bars and restaurants of Cala Llonga are just a short distance away, making it a perfect base to explore the island.
Inside, the home is designed as a place to connect and spend time together. The open Ibiza-style kitchen and dining area with a solid wooden table form the heart of the house, while the cozy living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa invites you to unwind. Large sliding doors create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Outside, a welcoming terrace with dining table and gas BBQ sets the scene for long, relaxed evenings.
