The terrace is undoubtedly the best place in the house. It has a bioclimatic pergola that offers a lot of shade and allows you to eat and relax on the large teak sofa even during the hottest hours. There is a sunny area for sunbathing after a refreshing swim in the pool and a built-in barbecue to enjoy tasty grilled dishes with your friends and family. On the floor there is a large living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen integrated by a large island.
