This spacious Mediterranean-style villa, which has recently been renovated, is located on a picturesque hill overlooking the charming town of San Carlos. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers both privacy and convenience as the town's restaurants, shops and bars are just a short stroll away. Nearby attractions include the iconic Las Dalias hippy market, the lively Akasha discotheque and the stunning northern beaches of Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and Aguas Blancas.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.



Designed with relaxation and entertaining in mind, the villa boasts extensive gardens, a sparkling pool with a cascading waterfall, multiple outdoor dining areas and a family-friendly multi-sports area. Outdoor amenities include a bar, a wood/charcoal barbecue and a shaded dining area that comfortably seats 10 to 12 people. For added convenience, there is an outdoor kitchen, bathroom and indoor/outdoor showers.



Inside, the villa exudes comfort and elegance. The main level features an air-conditioned living room with a cosy lounge area and a modern kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar. The luxurious master suite on this floor has a 200x200 cm double bed, a piano, a seating area and an en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom with a 150x190cm bed offers direct access to the pool area. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a four-poster bed and a second bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed), both of which have air conditioning and share a bathroom, while one also has access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom.



Ideal for families or groups, the villa combines traditional charm with modern amenities, offering a tranquil retreat with stunning views, exceptional facilities and close proximity to Ibiza's finest attractions.
