You will be immediately captivated by this impressive and charming villa, featuring Ibiza stone against white walls. The villa entrance boasts an inviting atrium, leading you to the cosy living room space, including the open-plan kitchen and dining area with views and access to the gardens and pool, and a statement staircase flooded with natural sunlight from the sky windows embedded in the tall ceilings.
Ses Llaneres is built over three floors and offers five bedrooms, consisting of three double bedrooms and two twin rooms, along with four well-appointed bathrooms. The first double bedroom offers a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. On the ground floor, another double bedroom features its own living room space and bathroom. The master and penthouse double bedroom on the second floor includes a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, as well as the grounds and pool.
The villa exudes modern style and has been beautifully curated to create a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The modern kitchen showcases white high gloss worktops and cabinets, and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a delightful evening in.
