A fantastic, spacious Ibizan house, beautifully restored to retain the charm of traditional Ibizan homes whilst incorporating a contemporary touch; a blend of tradition and modernity that gives the house a special, welcoming charm, unique to this type of traditional Ibizan property.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet; it has air conditioning and fans in all rooms, including the dining room; it has a swimming pool with two depth levels, half of which is a shallow area ideal for children and the other half deeper with steps to access it; In the pool area there is a barbecue, dining area and sofas, as well as sun loungers and a covered, enclosed room with a bathroom featuring a shower and a small kitchenette with a fridge; this room is ideal for taking a nap near the pool area.
The house has parking for 2–3 cars. It is spread over two floors. From the car park and garden, a spacious entrance hall leads to the open-plan kitchen-dining area, a second dining room and the living room.
