This wonderful house with private pool, located in Can Picafort, welcomes 7 people.
The exterior of this accommodation is very spacious and diverse. You can cool off in the wonderful salt swimming pool, which measures 7 m x 2 m and has a minimum depth of 1.60 m and a maximum depth of 1.80 m. The two terraces are perfect for pleasant evenings, and you can enjoy delicious barbecues. The porch is ideal for reading a book in peace and quiet, and in the garden area you will find a space for sunbathing in the Mediterranean sun.

The house is divided into two floors: ground floor and floor -1, although you will only have access to the ground floor where you'll find all the rooms needed for a comfortable vacation. The spacious living-dining room has two sofas and a table with chairs. The vitro kitchen-dining room has everything you may need. The separate laundry consists of a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Regarding the bedrooms, there are 3 with a double bed each, and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms with showers for the entire accommodation. The house has an AC unit in the hallway and another in the kitchen; It also has two fireplaces and 3 electric radiators. In case of travelling with a baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Can Picafort is a coastal town where you will find all the services you may need during your holidays. You will find two fine sandy beaches; from one of them you can take a walking tour to Son Real or, if you want to, you can get to Son Serra to discover one of the best beaches in the area. There is also a wide range of water sports such as windsurfing, surfing, diving, paddle surfing, among many others.

We had a good time. The house was tidy. But the sink in the main bathroom had a really bad smell. The furniture is ok even if it is not new (like it is shown in the pictures). Pool and outside is nice.

Das Haus war sauber und einfach zu erreichen. Ungünstig war die Lage des Pools, denn dieser ist zu Straße hin. Davor ist eine Hecke, dennoch eher ungünstig. Zwei der Liegen waren leider schon kaputt als wir ankamen. Ansonsten durchschnittliche Zimmer, also auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Küche kann sicher noch verbessert werden. Ansonsten ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht

Appartment schön, aber Verbesserung nötig

Zuerst einmal muss ich sagen, dass das Apartment sehr sauber war und meine Bewertung sich maßgeblich auf die nachfolgenden Themen bezieht. Die Lage ist zum einen gut und es ist nicht weit zum außerhalb gelegenen schönen Sandstrand, einige Lokale sind ebenso nicht weit entfernt, zum anderen liegen 2 Schlafzimmer direkt zur zwar wenig befahrenen Straße, doch ist dies die Straße, wo die Busse die ganze Nacht fahren. Bei der Ausstattung merkt man erst nach ein paar Tagen die nicht so schönen Dinge. Ich möchte diese nachfolgend detailliert aufführen, um dem Vermieter die Möglichkeit zu geben diese abzustellen: Das große Bad ist schön groß, jedoch was es das schlimmste überhaupt, das es hier permanent nach Kanalisation stank (auch bei offenem Fenster) und der Geruch durch die Klimaanlage bei offenen Türen dann entsprechend verteilt wurde. In der Küche der Kühlschrank ist groß und mit einem zusätzlichen Gefrierfach gut für viele Dinge. Jedoch ist die untere Tür an der Oberseite so verzogen, dass die Dichtung nicht schließt und das Licht sogar an bleibt. Auf höchster Stufe werden zwar +8 Grad erreicht, jedoch nur mit maximalen Energieaufwand. Bei der Spülmaschine fehlt eine Führungsrolle, sodass uns bei einräumen mehrfach die Teller wieder durcheinanderfielen. Der Pool hat meiner Meinung nach genau die richtige Größe, um sich abzukühlen und mal 2-3 Schwimmzüge zu machen; für alles andere gehts ans Meer. Leider hat auch hier die Außendusche nicht funktioniert und zum abduschen nach dem Erfrischungsbad musste man immer erst wieder durch das Haus laufen. Bei vorhandenen Sonnenschirm war die Querstand in der Spitze so aus der Verankerung gerutscht, dass wir den Schirm nur sehr vorsichtig und selten genutzt haben, um ihn nicht kaputt zu machen. Alles zusammen eine schöne Wohnung, welche mit minimalem Aufwand die Mieter noch glücklicher machen würde.

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr schön. Wie oft wirkt es etwas weniger luxuriös wie auf den Foto‘s. Der Pool wirkt grösser auf dem Bild. Trotzdem ist es sehr schön. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die grosszügigen Räume haben uns sehr viel Platz für alle gegeben. Das Haus ist etwas feucht, aber ich denke das gehört so nahe am Meer dazu.. Es war sehr toll, dass es Milch, Wasser, Toilettenpapier und Waschmittel für Wäsche und Spühlmaschine hatte. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank.

Meubels authentiek en niet echt comfortabel maar niet erg omdat je toch buiten leeft. Bedden zijn heel hard. Ligt aan redelijk drukke weg maar vonden wij niet hinderlijk. Aanrader.

Can Picafort è stata un'ottima scelta per visitare l'isola, è una tranquilla località turistica con un bel lungomare.”
