This house is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida and has capacity for up to 4 people. About 300 m away you will find supermarkets, restaurants and small shops and in a few minutes you will arrive at the Beach of Ca'n Picafort.



The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a rain effect shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher also at your disposal. In the elegant living room, there is a cosy sofa and a flat-screen television. TV, DVD player and WiFi.



On the covered terrace there is 1 large dining table, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. It is also possible to enjoy a delicious barbecue.



There is a swimming pool of 3x4 metres. There are enough sun loungers to relax.

Casa Can Cantino St. Margalida

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und wir wurden mit einem üppigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Die Lage zum Ortskern ist sehr gut und das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig für ein Stadthaus. Die Betreuung und Information durch die Agentur war perfekt und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Can Cantino in Santa Margalida sehr genossen. Das Haus scheint erst vor kurzem renoviert zu sein. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Gasherd, Waschmaschine, Trockner und vieles mehr. Vorteilhaft waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sowie im Wohn- und Essbereich. Prima ist auch der Pool, in den man kurz vor dem Schlafengehen sich noch einmal schön abkühlen kann. Das Haus scheint das einzige in unmittelbarer Umgebeung zu sein, welches vermietet wird. Die Lage ist daher sehr ruhig. Natürlich braucht man ein Auto, um die Strände und die Gegend von Mallorca zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns im Can Cantino sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Von der Buchung bis zum Auszug hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Haus selbst ist ein klassisches mallorquinisches Stadt - bzw. Dorfhaus. Von außen kann man nicht erahnen wie es innen aussieht. Das Haus war bis in die letzte Ecke blitzsauber. An Küchenutensilien war alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Im Außenbereich ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Zusammengefasst ein klasse Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.
