On the ground floor, there is a formidable living-dining room with satellite TV. The kitchen is seamlessly linked to this space and has a ceramic hob with all the essential cooking utensils. On the same floor there is a toilet and a relaxation room for yoga. Going upstairs, you will find what is a new concept of space: a spacious room with a work table and... a bathtub! In the hallway there is an AC, very useful when it comes to cooling the three bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms with shower, and one of them has access to a lovely terrace from where you can admire the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. There is a washing machine.
