Holiday home in a quiet location at the popular C'an Picafort beach just a few steps from the sand.

Rest and relaxation can be found in this house very close to the beach.



The nearest beach is only two streets away from the house, very close to the comercial area where you can find all what you need, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars , restaurants etc.

The house is divided on two diferents levels and offers a living space of 120 m² ready for 6 persons.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and nice living-dining area well furnitured. Has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds in each. Also a bathroom with a bathtub at the same level.

The living room has access to the terrace where you will find garden furniture, ready for you to enjoy lovely meals at the sunshine evenings in Mallorca.



IMPORTANT:

The home is very dated and poorly supplied. One would at least expect a few beach towels, a coffee maker, and salt/pepper in a rental home. The A/C units shut off after two hours. There are no fans and no screens in windows, therefore those are not an option to cool the home. The location is great and walkable to a lovely beach. As long as your expectations are appropriately low, then this home is fine for a short stay.

Bezaubernde 2-Etagen-Wohnung mit vielen Extras und in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Casa Alba: eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse, ein kleiner Vorgarten, eine schöne Seitenterrasse, ein Balkon, ein großzügig geschnittenes Wohnzimmer, drei sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum und zwei Bädern luden zum Entspannen ein. Schöne Spielsachen, Babyzubehör auf Anfrage und Zentrums- und Strandnähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß) machen einen Urlaub mit Familie perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Und wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit der Vermietungsagentur Mallorca Charme: Da ist der Name Programm! 5 Sterne ***** und vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Laufnähe zum Strand war wunderbar. In der Beschreibung stand etwas von Fahrrädern, diese waren leider nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit, ruhige Gegend und kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Aufenthalt im Casa Alba

Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Casa Alba liegt in sehr ruhigem Wohnviertel. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Haus ist wohnlich eingerichtet. Küche zweckmässig.
