The simple and small balcony in this apartment becomes a cosy and magic place where you can admire the views while enjoying a glass of wine, a coffee or a good reading. Inside, the accommodation surprises with a modern and airy space. The living-dining room is also an idyllic place where you can relax while watching the TV-sat, but specially to enjoy your meals with your loved ones while admiring the sea through a large window. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook as well as a table with chairs. The laundry rooms offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one has a single bed, so that you can choose where you want to rest. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. Finally, the living-dining room and bedrooms feature an AC unit each.

The apartment has a privileged location since it only is 100 metres away from the beach of Can Picafort, a peaceful coastal area although lively too, especially during the summer. The promenade skirting the seashore is full of bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, shops, and much more. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, about 15 km away. The harvour is about 13 km.
