Obelisc-1 is located on the first floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the center of Can Picafort. It is also around 400 m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next to there is a gym. It is part of a set of 4 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several. It is a modern and functional apartment for 4 /6 people, with a careful, cheerful, and summery decoration. Comprising 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bathroom, a living room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully renovated and has all the items and appliances to help you during your stay, and a laundry. In Obelisc-1 you also have a Wi-Fi connection and an enclosed parking garage for bikes and motorcycles. A balcony on the street, from which peep the sea, is perfect for sunbathing, chatting, reading or taking the air. Highly recommended for a fun-filled holiday with friends or family.AreaCan Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE ( Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand, and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc. . and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move.
