In the middle of nature, but also just a few kilometers from the beach of Can Picafort, one of the most beautiful in the north of Mallorca, is this beautiful villa with a swimming pool and ping pong table.



The swimming pool (10m x 3m) with salt water takes on special prominence, surrounded by green areas with grass, 5 sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing and taking a refreshing bath on hot summer days. In addition, at the entrance of the house, there is a covered terrace, with a great barbecue and table to celebrate outdoor meals, and the fantastic ping pong table.



This impressive typical Mallorcan house, with stone walls, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, surrounded by olive groves and almond fields in bloom. The interior is decorated with a rustic and cozy style, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The structure of the house ensures that there is always a good temperature, although if needed, there are 3 fans at their disposal.



The plot is completely fenced with a private parking. Additionally, you will find both bath and pool towels.



The owners of the estate are committed to sustainable tourism, so they have installed solar panels for their electricity consumption and recycle 100% of waste. In addition, the estate is located in Santa Margalida, a quiet town, just 10 minutes by car from Can Picafort, a lively coastal town with an impressive white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, as well as a wide variety of services, shops, and leisure options.
