Astounding property in Santa Margalida with a capacity for 12 people. It has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Nicely decorated with Mediterranean style. This house has all you need to enjoy the wonders of the island with your family or friends. This property has recently been renovated without invading the traditional architecture of the island houses. Carefully decorated, creating a nice and relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere throughout the house. Fully air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi connection in all rooms. It also has a nice kitchen and a fantastic dining/living room with a fireplace to enjoy the property any time of the year.
The outdoors are ideal; there’s a porch with a barbecue, a nicely furnished terrace, and a sunbathing area with sunbeds and a private swimming pool. Private and with beautiful views of the countryside and the Tramontana mountains but very close to the surrounding towns, with easy access to all services and close to some of the most appreciated beaches of the island.
