Villa Vernisa is a spacious and welcoming accommodation located in Santa Margalida, perfect for families, groups of friends and couples seeking peaceful holidays in Mallorca. This spacious rural villa offers a relaxing experience surrounded by nature and modern amenities.



The property has a private swimming pool measuring 9x5 metres, ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. The garden, spanning 12,800 square metres, is completely fenced, providing privacy and security. Additionally, it features a 220 square metre terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.



The interior of the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and heat pump to ensure comfort in any season of the year. It has three bedrooms with capacity for 6 people, all with en-suite bathrooms: two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the third bedroom on the first floor. The bed distribution includes a double bed and four single beds, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.



Among its amenities are WiFi connection, television with channels in Spanish, English and German, iron, ping-pong table and private parking for 3 vehicles. The villa allows access for up to two animals, which makes it ideal for travellers with pets.

Peaceful hideaway

We enjoyed the time spent at the Villa. It was a bit remote from any city with some sheep in the neighborhood. Did not see many people during our stay. Big pool and aircon in every room made the stay nice during the hot days.
