On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with views of the garden and swimming pool. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, each with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for guests.

The first floor has an elegant master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. From here, you can enjoy wonderful views of the impressive Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, creating a corner of peace and tranquillity.

Outside, you will be captivated by the large swimming pool and the garden with a barbecue and a play area for children and a ping pong table, ideal for leisure time with family or friends.



The villa is located only 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Muro and offers easy access to mountain routes for those who wish to explore the nature of the island.
