YourHouse Ca Na Teulera, villa with private pool, 3 km from the beach

This lovely, rustic-style villa with garden and private pool is set in a quiet area in the North of Majorca, 3 km from Can Picafort sand beach.



The villa Ca Na Teulera is surrounded by nature and fields and is perfect for a quiet getaway with friends and family. The village Can Picafort provides you with everything you may need for your self-catering holiday: supermarkets, shops, restaurants and gas stations. The fine grained sand beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro is perfect for kids and you may rent sun loungers and parasols there. On Sundays and Tuesdays, you may visit the market of Alcúdia old town. It’s recommendable to visit the Cap Formentor and its lighthouse, the market in Sineu and the West side of the island, including the village of Valldemossa. A car is necessary.



Exteriors are well-kept and feature a private, 8 x 5 metres chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 and 2 metres; table tennis, a furnished terrace overlooking the countryside and a garden including a BBQ.



This cosy house will make you feel at home from the very first moment. The living-dining room with air conditioning invites you to enjoy laughs and talks with your loved ones around the dining table, watching TV (satellite channels) or just enjoy a good book. Next to it, you’ll find an independent kitchen with induction hob, coffee machine, oven and dishwasher. Relax in one of the 3 bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds each and the latter with a double bed (1,35 metres wide). Note that there is only air conditioning in the living area. All bedrooms come with a closet and a fan and we happily supply you with a cot if necessary; just let us know. There are 2 shower baths, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron with ironing board.

There's an extra bed for a kid up to 12 years, on request.



There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.



Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
