Surrounded by nature and with a large terrace, this charming house in Santa Maria offers the perfect outdoor space for a holiday with family or friends. Enjoy pleasant alfresco meals on the large furnished porch, organise barbecues in the outdoor area with a fixed barbecue and relax in the 6x3 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. The terrace offers quiet corners with views of the rural surroundings, perfect to disconnect from the daily rhythm.
The interior of the house combines rustic style with all modern comforts. Distributed over two floors, it has spacious common areas, such as a cosy living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room and a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. The three bedrooms, all with fans, guarantee rest and comfort. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed. There are two more bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, for your convenience there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
