Paradise by the beach

Gaspar, the host, was amazing. His recommendations were perfect, and the place was immaculate. Well worth the price we paid. 10/10 would stay again!

Lovely apartment, perfect location

My 18 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this wonderful apartment. Located on a quiet street in walking distance to everything (beach, shops, restaurants and many grocery stores). Walking to the port was no more than a 15 min walk. The outdoor spaces were great to have, we spent wonderful mornings and evenings on the front patio.

Impressions of Carrer Sant Antoni 11

The property was small although we did expect that. There was no air con in the house but the two bedrooms each had a fan, one which worked well but was extremely noisy and the second was completely ineffectual. We found that the contents of the house were quite sparse and there was no kettle in the kitchen. Gasper did bring us a kettle but was unable to provide a second working fan due to personal reasons. The refrigerator could not cope with food and drink for three adults and quickly iced up at the rear. We felt the property lacked home comforts and with some additions would be much nicer. The garden area was lovely if a bit disjointed and there were only two sunbeds for a four bed property. Having said this Gasper was very accommodating when we contacted him also the proximity to the beach and to the centre of Cala D'or was great.

Perfect for a getaway in the sunshine

The house is well located in a quiet residential area of Cala D'Or that is a short walk away from a three different beach coves. There's a large super market in walking distance and an abundance of bars and restaurants near to the beaches. The harbour is a particularly nice spot for a meal or a drink. The house is just as represented in the listing - very simply furnished but clean and easy to use, with plenty of outside space for eating, lying in the sun or drying clothes. Access to the house was easy (via a lock box) and communication with the owners was excellent. We were only there for a short trip but would definitely stay there again.

Great house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication before and during our stay was excellent and it had everything we needed for our stay. My only slight disappointment is that there is no longer a BBQ at the property as there had been an issue with a previous guest and a complaint from the next door neighbour and we were looking forward to lots of opportunities for BBQs but there are so many great restaurants nearby that we used instead.

Tutto perfetto

Posizione della casa perfetta, vicino al centro e comoda per fare la spesa in un supermercato vicinissimo. Il parcheggio l abbiamo sempre trovato o di fronte alla casa o di fianco, gratuito. Casa molto carina con tutti i confort necessari, tra cui anche un giardinetto. Il proprietario Gaspar gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha consigliato spiagge e ristoranti da vedere. Sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta.

Perfect Hub for a beach holiday

We went over easter for a nine day trip with a teenage kid. Location is perfect: Close to the beach and a plethora of restaurants, still in a quiet side street. The house had everything we needed, including the basic equipment to cook home meals if you like that as much as we do. Cala d'Or is also well located for outings, by car as well as bike and bus. You don't really need a car to spend your holiday here, that's another bonus.

Perfekt Familienunterkunft

Kleines gemĂŒtliches Haus, Lage ist sehr zentral und doch abseits des touristischen Trubels. Parken kostenlos immer in unmittelbarer NĂ€he möglich. Kleiner Außenbereich der zum Essen und Verweilen einlĂ€dt. Betten könnten etwas gemĂŒtlicher sein, sind aber noch okay. Sehr netter Vermieter und top Kommunikation!

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor strandvakantie

Het verblijf was heel aangenaam. Het is een karakteristiek huisje met vele gemakken. het was heet en ondanks geen airco wel diverse ventilatoren die het aangenaam maken. Het koffiezetapparaat was kapot, maar Gaspar regelde direct een nieuwe, heel fijn.

Insgesamt gut

Den Vermieter haben wir nie zu Gesicht bekommen, Unterkunft ist gut, aber leider kein Fernseher. Es roch anfangs stechend nach frischer Farbe. Quittung fĂŒr die gezahlte Ecotasa lĂ€sst bis heute auf sich warten.
