TWINS CALA D'OR APARTMENTS



We offer two apartments in the heart of Cala D'Or, a lively area just a few minutes' walk from beautiful beaches.



This welcoming apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and a private terrace. It is sunny and airy. The property has been fully renovated and all equipment is new. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.



The Mediterranean-style space is spacious and comfortable, with 50 m² indoors plus a 25 m² terrace with a pergola.



Access is via an outdoor staircase shared with two other apartments.



Its central location in Cala D'Or gives you easy access to many shops, restaurants, and bars, and you are just 4 minutes' walk from several crystal-clear beaches. The area is lively and busy until midnight during the season (April to September), and very quiet the rest of the year. Please note the apartment is in a bustling area and some noise may be present.
