The newly renovated holiday home has 2 living rooms, one dining room, a fully-equipped country kitchen with pretty tiles, 4 bright bedrooms (one with a king size bed, 3 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities of the child-friendly finca also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a baby cot, a bed for children and a highchair (all 3 on request). The absolute highlight is the fenced and elevated pool area, which can be reached via a small staircase. It offers a 35 m² pool, a 4 m² children's pool with additional fencing and a row of sun loungers. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, it offers a unique holiday atmosphere with maximum privacy as there are only some farm animals in the vicinity. Relax on the balcony or on the well-kept lawn, have meals together under the straw-covered patio or use one of the many lounge areas to leave the stress of everyday life behind. Restaurants that are overlooking the harbour can be reached after one kilometre or a 13-minute walk. A wider selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached after 2 kilometres. Due to the ideal location of the finca, beautiful beaches like Cala Gran, Cala Petita, Cala Sanau or S'Amarador are about 2 km away.
