Nestled in the rolling, green countryside of the village L'Alqueria Blanca, just outside Santanyí, the lovely Ses Serres holiday home is situated on a fenced property with lush, mediterranean vegetation and a lovely pool area. Thanks to its many, large windows, the holiday home is flooded with light and offers views not only of the beautiful outdoor area but also of the Cala d’Or and the glittering sea in the distance. It consists of a living room with a cosy fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, 2 baby cots and 2 highchairs, which means it is perfect not only for pairs but also for small families. Outside, sunbathe on the generous terrace in the loungers and admire the ocean view or the native trees and greenery of the garden. Take a dip in the pool’s cool water for refreshment and prepare delicious meals on the barbecue for lunch. You can dine together under the terrace’s shady canopy or enjoy a glass of wine on the other side of the house where there is a smaller stone table with chairs. Within a 10-minute walk you will reach a supermarket, a few local restaurants and a gelateria. Santanyí, with its large selection of shops and eateries, is 5 km or a 5-minute drive away. Due to its strategic location, you will find many gorgeous, turquoise coves and popular beaches after a 10-15 minute car ride - for instance Playa Cala Gran, Playa de Cala Ferrera, and Caló d'es Pou . Furthermore, the pristine nature of Mondragó Natural Park is about a 7-minute drive away, where you take long walks or bike through the trees.
