Country House 'Casa Brava' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This house is located on the outskirts of Santanyí. Although you can reach the center of Santanyí in just 5 minutes, you can enjoy peace and quiet here. The beaches of Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago or Cala S'Amarador can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car.



First floor:

Here you will find the large living and dining area with sofa corner, dining table, pool table and adjoining, open modern kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm). There is a bath and a shower room en suite.



Second floor:

Here, on a tower gallery, there is a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), a shower room and a balcony.



The house is also available for 11 people, in which case you can use the ground floor and the upper floor as well as the two additional bedrooms in the basement.



Outdoor area:

The 2000 square meter plot with lawn around the pool (which can be illuminated at night) is completely enclosed by a wall and has beautiful orange and cherimoya trees in the entrance area. There are direct neighbors - the homeowner lives next door.



Pool:

9 m x 4.50 m, depth: 135 to 170 cm, stair access, outdoor shower, the pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather).

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
