On the first floor, there is an additional living room, and the independent extension offers another kitchen, living-dining area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.



The main outdoor attraction is the private pool of 160 m², distributed over three levels with waterfalls, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and green areas.

The property does not allow parties or events. As it is in an especially quiet area, you are asked to respect the atmosphere and calm of the surroundings. Guests under 25 years old cannot check in.
