Welcome to our lovely first floor apartment in with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and sunset facing balcony.

Located in the Residencia Cala Dorada private complex, which has well maintained grounds, a large shared pool, jacuzzi, children’s pool, table tennis table, and poolside cafe/bar for residents.

This apartment is spacious with a large kitchen/diner, leading on to a nice terrace overlooking the grounds and pool. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and It is well suited for families, or adults looking for a quiet relaxing break.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and cutlery/pans etc.

The main living room has a large solid wood 6 seater dining table, sofa, TV/DVD player, and Bluetooth stereo.

Bedroom 1 has a king double bed with built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has two single beds and a built in wardrobe.
Also available is a fold out single bed, and a travel cot for children up to 2-3 years, depending on your family dynamics. There are power points, drawer units, and hair dryers in both bedrooms.

In the utility room is washing machine, safe, high chair, and further storage.

The apartment itself has individual Wi-Fi and recently replaced air conditioning.

We had a lovely stay in Stephen vacation condo. Everything was as we expected it to be. We enjoyed the facilities of the property and close proximity to restaurants in the area. The mattresses are a little saggy, but we still slept well. My only challenge was the water coming from the tap was very salty because it is partially desalinated water. However it's so salty you need fresh water to brush your teeth and it burns your eyes in the shower. It also stripped my hair. Stephen was easy to communicate with. Check-in and out was a breeze.

Very good accommodation for a family holiday

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. It is well appointed, comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four. We were impressed by how cool it remains through the day even without using the air conditioning (which is very efficient if needed). The complex overall is secure and well kept, and the pool facilities are very good, including for small children. I would add that the host is very responsive and helpful, and communicated very quickly with us to help us resolve a couple of issues during our stay (none of which were due to the accommodation). Would happily return here again in the future.

Nice apartment, close to amenities, beaches and harbourside.

We enjoyed a later half-term visit, and the owner was friendly and responsive to any concerns or questions. The pool facilities were amazing, but the time of year meant it was quite cool!! The apartment was spacious for four of us, and had a good range of facilities, TV and DVD in a quiet complex, and nice views onto the pool-side area.

Nice apartment but not where we expected

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed halving a balcony. Based on the details of the listing though, we were under the impression we were staying in a fully different city (Cala d’Or), which is why we booked the place to begin with. The apartment is actually located in Cala Egos. This was a pretty big disappointment as we were under the impression we’d be walking distance to things that we actually weren’t. Cala Egos is a fine area with restaurants nearby, but both the location and property itself seems better suited for families and not what we were looking for. Fine nonetheless.

Relaxing stay

Apartment and complex were great . Being towards end of sep/early Oct the complex was pretty quiet which was perfect for us. Location was great for cala egos bars/restaurants/beaches/cala d'or marina 1 small issue resolved v quickly and host was very responsive to any questions. Only small negative was the towels provided were like cardboard , fortunately I packed 1 of my own. Tip: try cala mondrago beach (15 Min bus ride) it is larger than the beaches in walking distance and the sea was crystal clear & clean.

Great complex and apartment.

A family of four including two children aged 11 and 14 yrs. Apartment is comfortable and had all the amenities required for our stay. Complex is gated and very safe. Exceptional grounds with a fantastic pool area and on site bistro. Excellent communication with the owners.

Property is in a fantastic location: close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. We have had a fabulous, relaxing, family holiday and will definitely be returning and will be recommending not only Mallorca to our friends and family but this apartment too. Pool was cold but kids still spent time in there and Phillipe was a brilliant bar man in the bar on site too. The apartment was spacious and felt like a home from home. 5 stars all round from us!

Lovely family holiday

The apartment was ideal for our family. The location was perfect as was peaceful in the day but only a short walk into Cala Egos centre. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The iron didn't work and upon contacting Stephen a brand new one was delivered very quickly by Tony (who was on hand to help). I was worried after reading previous reviews about the damp issue but was assured the problem with the upstairs leak had been fixed. I am pleased to say this was the case and we didn't smell any damp. The overall complex was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was great and an added bonus was the lovely on site bistro which did a lovely homemade sangria. Stephen was a great host and I would definitely recommend his apartment to others. Thankyou Stephen and Priscilla!

Nice apartment good urbanisation

Nice spacious apartment but unfortunately the furniture is mostly made up of untreated wood and the mould spores have penetrated the wood so the apartment smells of damp and after 10 days we could all feel it on our lungs. There was mould up the wall and on the ceiling of the bathroom although this maybe from a leak from upstairs apartment. Freesat TV doest work. Cutlery is rusty and the water is salty so everything has to be from bottled water. We thought any stay longer than a week should have a change of sheets and towels. The communication with the owner was satisfactory and he apologized and gave us some bubbly to compensate.

Apartment needs upgrades

The complex itself was very nice with lovely grounds and a big pool, however the apartment had a number of concerns. The apartment smelled of mildew, the fabric on furniture was very old and stained and smelled. The dishes and glass ware needed to be re-washed. The Air conditioner could not be turned off. Stephen was quick to respond to our concerns however we feel the furniture/ couches and kitchen chairs would need to be replaced for future renters.

Amazing Stay!

Had an amazing stay at the Apartment!...the resort was also fantastic! Everything we needed was there to help the holiday start from the moment we arrived. The kids practically lived in the pool for the duration of our stay with their newly acquired friends. They were so pre-occupied I even managed to read a few books?! In summary, the overall holiday was a complete success, would highly recommend!

We had a very fine, relaxing and easy time here. The apartment is well-situated, very comfortable and the complex is lovely: peaceful, well-maintained and hard to leave! This was the second time we've stayed at this lovely apartment and we'd return again in a heartbeat! Perfectly set up for families (We were with our 3 year old and 8 month old)- everything you could possibly want or need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. The complex itself is beautiful - the pool is incredible and the bar is great. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep and beautiful beaches a short walk away. Priscilla and Stephen are really helpful and eager to help your trip go smoothly. A wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!

We stay at this complex every year with a now family of 5 and this is one of the nicer apartments we have stayed in, it has excellent views of the pool area. For a relaxing family break and all the facilities you need to stay in on an evening the apartment it well equipt or a short walk gets you into the local town with it's many bars and restaurants.

We had a lovely time staying in Stephen's apartment, the accommodation was exactly as described, very comfortable, good quality furniture, bedding etc. It was only a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Cala Egos, about 10 minutes to the beach. Would recommend this apartment .

BEAUTIFUL CLEAN WELL MAINTAINED APARTMENT

I booked this beautifully spacious apartment for a family holiday for myself and my 3 daughters aged between 18 and 25 and was so glad that I had decided on a 2 week stay. The apartment overall was a home from home, having everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The small complex and pool is immaculately maintained and was very safe and secure if travelling with young children. We hired a car from the airport and found directions given by the owners to be precise and easy to follow. We did find, however, that although it was nice to have the benefit of the car to explore the rest of this lovely island it was by no means necessary. There are several easy walks from the apartment via the marina into Cala D'or and we also walked into Porto Petro for a lovely Sunday breakfast by the small harbour. There are several restaurants close by and found the Eroski Supermarket, just a ten minute walk away, to be reasonably priced. We will most definitely book this apartment for a future holiday and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. Owners were helpful and responded quickly to emails. Thank you for a lovely stay.
