The recently modernised, typically Majorcan Casa Antonio is in a quiet, rural location on the outskirts of the tranquil coastal town of Cala Llombards - away from mass tourism. The famous bay "Caló des Moro / Cala S'Almunia" is only 900 m away.

The family-friendly holiday home has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair.

The spacious outdoor area offers numerous areas where you can sit or lie down and eat. Further highlights for sure are the portable barbecue, the pool with stairs and wide bench (in summer the ideal place for a refreshing drink) as well as the large roof terrace with sea view, where mostly a refreshing wind blows. In the Mediterranean garden, under palm trees and pine trees, you will always find sun and shade for your outdoor siesta.



A supermarket and a village pub are within walking distance (900m), further shopping facilities as well as restaurants, bars and cafés are located 5.5 km away in Santanyi or 4 km away in Es Llombards. The romantic, natural sandy beach Caló des Moro is only a few minutes walk away.



Parking spaces are available on the street, it is also possible to park on the property.

Einfach Traumhaft!!!

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und in bester Ordnung! Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön und die Eigentümerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder… 😄👍🏻

Erholung und Spaß

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Schlüsselübergabe war top und Fr. Deger ist eine angenehme Gastgeberin. Das Grundstück mit Pool ist sehr groß und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Leider hat das Badezimmer mit angrenzendem Schlafzimmer anfangs etwas gerochen, allerdings verflog der Geruch relativ schnell. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man das Meer sehen und abends gut verweilen.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Die Anmietung lief glatt, wir wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich begrüßt und mit nützlichen Tipps über die Urlaubsgestaltung versorgt. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern etc.) und funktioniert auch. Der Pool ist super, die Liegemöglichkeiten mit Naturschatten durch einen Olivenbaum sind toll. Es macht einfach Spaß, Zeit am Pool zu verbringen. Super ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Gerade gegen Abend haben wir uns da sehr gerne aufgehalten. Sehr gut ist auch die Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zu zwei kleineren Calas gehen, die Cala Llombards ist um die Ecke und zum Es Trenc ist es auch nicht weit. Insgesamt war es ein erholsamer und toller Urlaub, wobei hierzu maßgeblich auch die Wohnsituation beigetragen hat.

Super séjour en famille!

La maison est très agréable à vivre dans un quartier très calme à deux pas de la magnifique crique Des Moro! Merci pour votre accueil, les belles serviettes de bain, la très bonne literie et l'état impeccable de la maison et son jardin. Nous n'oublierons jamais le ciel étoilé du haut de cette très belle terrasse à l'étage!! Au plaisir de revenir :-)

Perfekte Lage,sauber,großzügig geschnitten,gut ausgestattet

Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man zu Hause auch hat. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der tolle Meerblick und die einzigartigen Sonnenuntergänge auf der dachterrasse bleiben unvergesslich. Es gab so viele Sitz-und liegegelegenheiten rund um das Haus herum und auf der dachterrasse, dass man sich gar nicht entscheiden konnte wo der schönste Platz war. Bis auf eine kleine Baustelle,die überhaupt nicht gestört hat, im großzügigen Garten wo demnächst ein Pool angelegt werden soll war alles perfekt. Bei kleinen technischen Problemen, war die Vermieterin umgehend mit helfender Hand zur Stelle. Alles in allem ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung und zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen!

Schönes, zweckmässiges und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus in Cala Llombards hat uns bestens gefallen. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und war in sehr sauberem, tadellosem Zustand. Die Organisation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Die Gartenanlage wird gemäss Vermieterin aktuell erneuert, was sicherlich eine gute Idee ist. Wenn man die alten Thujen entfernt und auch sonst in die Gartenanlage und Gartenpflege investiert, lässt sich aus dem Ferienhaus ein sehr schönes Anwesen machen.
