In the charming coastal village of Portopetro, just a few minutes from the sea and close to Cala Mondragó beach, this bright house comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is perfect for enjoying Mallorca at its best, combining comfort with an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
Outside, the property invites you to relax and make the most of the Mallorcan climate. The private swimming pool measures 7 x 3 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 2 metres, making it ideal both for cooling off and for leisurely swimming. It is set on a lower level than the main floor of the house. Beside the pool you will find an outdoor shower, particularly convenient after a day at the beach. The house features several porches and terraces, creating different areas for outdoor breakfasts, relaxed family meals or peaceful evenings at sunset. A mobile barbecue completes this space, designed for sharing enjoyable moments together.

The interior is distributed over two floors and has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and practicality. On the ground floor there is a welcoming living room with a fireplace, and Smart TV, seamlessly connected to the dining area, which is located next to the kitchen. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, table, breakfast bar with stools and a practical interior window that opens onto the living area. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a guest toilet on this floor. The first floor is home to the four bedrooms: one with a double bed and three with twin beds, all with wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a terrace or balcony. A baby cot and high chair are available for guests travelling with an infant. On this same floor there are two full bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, as well as in the living and dining areas, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of year.

This delightful summer house is located in Portopetro, a peaceful fishing village in the south-east of Mallorca, ideal for those seeking tranquillity and authenticity. Its small natural harbour is the heart of the village, lined with seafront restaurants and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Very close by lies the Mondragó Natural Park, a protected area perfect for gentle walks and for discovering crystal-clear coves such as Cala Mondragó and Cala S’Amarador. Just a short drive away is Cala d’Or, offering a wider choice of leisure activities, shops and a marina. Golf lovers will appreciate Vall d’Or Golf, located around 15 minutes away. The area is also ideal for boat trips, kayaking, diving and cycling, combining nature, sea and local life without the crowds.
