Situated between the charming village of Calonge and the impressive harbour town of Cala dOr, this exceptional finca perfectly combines tranquillity and comfort. Built in 2004, it has always been carefully maintained and recently modernised in some areas. Even the driveway, lined with colourful oleander bushes, leads picturesquely to the main entrance.



The exterior of the finca exudes Mediterranean charm: a lush garden, a nostalgic wooden door and a façade of rustic and elegant natural stone create an inviting holiday atmosphere.



A spacious entrance hall with guest WC welcomes you on the ground floor. The bright living and dining room flows seamlessly into a separate, high-quality renovated kitchen, equipped with a cooking island, breakfast bar, steam cooker, wine fridge and practical pantry. There is also a functional laundry room with space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage space.



Two impressively large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, fitted wardrobes or walk-in wardrobes, are also located on this level. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has its own bathroom. Both offer access to a private terrace. High ceilings and a well thought-out floor plan ensure a generous feeling of space.



Outside you will find a large covered terrace and several open terraces for sunbathing or relaxing. The spacious pool is surrounded by an extensive lawn. A garage with electric door and further parking spaces on the plot complete the offer.
