This lovely stone clad cottage was built in traditional Majorcan style. Set in 5.000 sqm of land, off the road Santanyí to Alquería Blanca and without direct neighbours, it offers both privacy and good connection with Santanyí and the nearby villages and beaches.

The main entrance is on the veranda and opens to the comfy living-dining room with American style kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are on the house’s rear side. The bedrooms dispose of two single beds each and the living area is furnished and equipped with a sofa and two chairs, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and Wifi. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open.

The veranda stretches across the total house width. The BBQ is conveniently located right on the terrace, furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs to enjoy your meals alfresco. Right next to the veranda is the swimming pool with large sun terraces, sun loungers and poolside shower.



Son Garrot offers nice views the rural surroundings. The nearby town of Santanyí hosts a well-attended weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. But Santanyí also has a lot to offer, numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. Also worth a visit is the seaside village of Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor or the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain with a fantastic panoramic view over the island. The Parc Natural Mondragó is very close and also the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.

Very nice Finca

Wir hatten alles in allem eine schöne Zeit in der Finca. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und war für uns auch von der Größe absolut ausreichend. An der Finca fehlt allerdings ein Sonnenschutz. Der Strohschirm ist nicht ausreichend.

soweit ok, nur leider nicht so wie wir es uns an Hand der Bilder vorgestellt haben.

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und ist soweit in Ordnung, aber die Bilder sind nicht alle aktuell. Der Geschirrspüler ist in die Jahre gekommen, Körbe sind verrostet, Besen, Wischmop, und Wischeimer stehen offen in der Küche, der passende Schrank wäre vorhanden, aber durch die Regalböden und der Zwischenwand kann man hier die Reinigungsgeräte nicht abstellen. Das allerschlimmste aber ist leider die Ausfahrt vom Grundstück zur M-19 links Richtung Santanyi und rechts nach Cala D‘OR, den Laufenden Verkehr aus Richtung Santanyi kann man erst spät sehen trotz Spiegel auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Zweimal wär es beinahe zu einen schweren Unfall gekommen. Daraufhin haben wir es so gemacht, dass meine Frau von der Ausfahrt gut 50 Meter nach links gegangen ist um dann von der anderen Straßenseite den kommenden Verkehr hinter der Kurve rechtzeitig zu sehen um dann ein Zeichen zu bekommen, dass ich jetzt nach rechts abbiegen kann und bei der Gärtnerei auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zu Wenden um in Richtung Santanyi zu fahren.

Superbe maison au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison typique, très propre, très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nous avons apprécié ce préau immense avec vu sur la piscine et les palmiers. Nous n'avons pas pu à cette saison profiter de la piscine car les températures nocturnes sont trop fraiches et l'eau reste froide même pour des Bretons !

Abseits des Trubels

Das Haus ist super gelegen - außerhalb, sehr ruhig, keine direkten Nachbarn, außer Schafe :) der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sensationell! Innen ist es eher älter von der Einrichtung und einiges könnte mal erneuert werden, aber der Außenbereich reißt alles raus! Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Von Anfang bis Ende alles SUPER!

Hatte für 2 Wochen die Finca "Son Garrot" gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Dagmar und Romy von der Agentur im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich und komplikationslos, bei einem kleinen Problem wurde sofort geholfen. Die Finca selbst so, wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Die Zeit in Santanyi war wunderschön, danke für einen herrlichen Urlaub!!!

Best of the best

Son Garrot hat uns komplett "geflashed"! Tolle Finca, ideal geschnitten. Die Räume hatten für uns jeweils die ideale Größe, die Fliegengitter funktional, die Nähe zu Santanyi - ideal (Enzaimadas und andere Notwendigkeiten besorgen), mit dem Fahrrad zur S´Amarador - gut machbar. Die Nachbarn (Schafe) waren ideal zum Abschalten und um den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Die Finca hatte alles, was wir uns zum Kochen (scharfe Messer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Aufauffornem) und zum Wohlfühlen wünschten (schnelles Internet und jede Menge deutsche Fernsehprogramme). Wir würden gern wiederkommen um das einmalige Erlebnis zu wiederholen.

Tolle Finca direkt bei Santanyi

Eine ideale Finca für 4 Personen mit tollem Pool und alles was man zum Entspannen braucht. Tolle Terrasse zum Frühstücken im Sonnenaufgang und Barbecue im Sonnenuntergang.
