SITUATION
Cala d'Or is located in south-east Mallorca, surrounded by beautiful wild coves with turquoise water.
The city center of Cala d'Or has a lot of charm with its white houses Ibiza style, the pedestrian street will seduce you and you will have a lot of fun to eat, stroll and go shopping.

YOUR STUDIO
The studio is in a residence with 8 swimming pools, you can use them all.

The residence is very calm even in full summer and well located:
- you are 500 m from the marina of Cala d'Or, very nice harbor, nice atmosphere in the evening or it is good to walk or eat at the restaurant at very affordable prices.

- You are 500 m from the beach, barely 10 minutes walk from the small cove of ES Pou es Forti, adorable with blond sand and clear water. You will enjoy snorkelling, fish are very many 3 m from the edge.

The studio of 29 m2 + 9 m2 terrace, was renovated in 2019, everything is new and quality. The 160 bed is very comfortable, functional appliances appeal to cooks, the shower has excellent pressure and decoration is neat sea style. Air conditioning is present if necessary, the wifi is powerful.
You will have your meals on the terrace with a nice view of the swimming pools and the well-kept flower garden, you can also use the plancha for your cooking on the terrace.

For the neighborhood, you will be quiet because it is not overlooked.
We leave pedestrian maps and tourist guides available to discover the secret coves of the area. It's a pleasure of the eyes!
Cala d'Or is bordered by 7 creeks quite wild, they are pretty and 2 steps, but we must especially go to the Natural Park of Mondrago, 3 km, with its wild nature, its sandy beaches surrounded by pinede .. ... uh summer is shielded!

A little further with the car, you can also discover very long white sand beaches near the lighthouse, beach of Es Caragol to the south.
Do not hesitate to go to the Santanyi market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, it's a very nice market in the old town with local producers and artisans. Take advantage also to go just next to Cala Figuera, very cute village of sinners in a cove.
Take the time to discover through the trails all these creeks and trees still wild. If you can, rent bicycles and make all these routes by rolling on small roads and small roads surrounded by country walls and next door .... still authentic with many farms and properties.
