The property is located just 2 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the spectacular S'Amarador beach.The space includes a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a furnished terrace with loungers around the pool (7 x 3 meters and 140 cm deep), and a solarium on the top of the house, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the starry sky at night.
