Welcome to this seafront villa in Cala Figuera, with spectacular views, access to the sea and room for 12 guests
The outdoor area is undoubtedly one of its greatest highlights. Set right by the sea, the villa offers privileged views of Cala Figuera and the surrounding coastline, creating the perfect setting to relax in the sun or take a dip in its private saltwater pool, measuring 8 x 5.5 metres and 1.6 metres deep. Next to it, the sun lounger areas, an outdoor shower and a toilet add comfort to summer days. The house features three terraces and a porch, all designed to make the most of outdoor living: from peaceful breakfasts with the sea breeze to lunches and dinners with family or friends prepared on the mobile barbecue. In addition, steps provide direct access to the sea, a unique detail for those who wish to swim in crystal-clear waters without leaving the property.
The interior is distributed over three floors and combines comfort with views that can be enjoyed from many of its spaces. On the main floor, there is a living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning and Smart TV. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook just like at home. On this same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. A guest toilet completes this floor. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Going downstairs to floor -1, you will find a second living room with air conditioning, a dining area and a kitchenette, perfect for giving the group extra independence. Here there are three bedrooms, all with two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms: the first with a double bed, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower; the second with two single beds; and the third with one single bed and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The area stands out for its picturesque fishing harbour, white houses by the water and pleasant walks among the cliffs. A short distance away, you will find must-visit beaches such as Cala Santanyí, S’Amarador and Cala Mondragó, within Mondragó Natural Park, perfect for swimming, snorkelling or enjoying nature. You can also visit Santanyí, with its local market, restaurants, galleries and authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. It is an excellent location for enjoying a holiday in Mallorca close to idyllic coves, Mediterranean cuisine and unique landscapes.
