Very quiet and secure villa with a private pool directly on the sea with fantastic sea views. Only 7 minutes by car from downtown Cala D' Or.

This house is on the left side of a duplex semi-detached house. The right part of the house can also be rented and has the same structure for up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Thus, up to 20 people could be accommodated in the two parts of the house.

The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are distributed on the ground floor and the two upper floors. Each bedroom has two separate beds that can be moved together.

Early risers are rewarded with incredibly beautiful sunrises, which can be admired from the balconies or terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for self-sufficiency: stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery.

Bed linen, towels, a hair dryer, and soap dispensers are provided.

The private garden has plenty of space with tables, chairs, sun beds, and a barbecue oven. There are works of art by a Majorcan artist throughout the house.

The entire house is being heated with an oil heater, so it is warm even in winter. Fans are available for the hot summers (no air conditioning!).

Access to the house can be made at any time after 4 p.m. - even late at night - via a key safe at the entrance gate.
