Villa 'Blue Lagoon' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Blue Lagoon, built in 2013, combines Mallorcan country house style on the outside with a modern atmosphere inside. It is located in the second sea line in the settlement of Cala Llombards, which belongs to the municipality of Santanyi in the southeast of Mallorca. In recent years, several undeveloped plots have been sold, and many new owners are fulfilling their dream of owning a house in one of the island’s most beautiful places. Some new buildings are almost finished, while others are still under construction. The picturesque bay can be reached in just 5 minutes, as the stairway to the rocky plateau is only 300 meters away.



The house offers a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, a guest toilet, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms, two of which are en suite. In the living room, you will find a large flat-screen TV with internet access. All bedrooms are also equipped with an internet-enabled flat-screen TV. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with an en suite bathroom, the other with direct access to the pool terrace. The two upstairs bedrooms have access to a large terrace, one also with an en suite bathroom and separate terrace access.
