We had an excellent stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. Nice little breakfast and happy hour each day. Very close to terrific range of restaurants and entertainment. Metro a short walk. People with mobility issues my find the stairs challenging.

Initially selected this hotel because I only was going to be In Santiago for 1 1/2 days and wanted to ride in the closed streets bicycle event held every Sunday and there was a nearby bicycle rental store. I didn't realize it was so close to so many restaurants and other tourist sites. Facility has a beautiful shaded patio and the staff was super friendly even letting me partake in the afternoon free happy hour even though I checked out that morning.

Excellent! The property was beautiful! Everyone was super friendly. They arranged for transportation from the airport and to the cruise port for us. They offered a terrific wine hour with a section from Chile. The breakfast was delicious. It’s conveniently located near San Cristobal Hill and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to the entire staff!

Comfortable and unique boutique hotel. Perfect for our pre-cruise visit to Santiago. Very close to the funicular and hop on/hop off bus stop. Patio Bella Vista is also a very short walk away with restaurants and shops. Fantastic Peruvian-style restaurant right across the street. Super friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to enjoy the complementary happy hour and meet your fellow guests!

We really enjoyed staying in the Bella vista neighborhood. Lots of dining options and bars. The staff at the hotel are very nice and breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable and our room was spacious. Enjoyed meeting other travelers at the happy hour.

This is a very special little hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The building is full of historic charm, and all of the people working there are extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is in a convenient location for restaurants and for some of the sites of interest in the city.
