Noi Vitacura offers 87 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and espresso makers. Select Comfort beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. 42-inch plasma televisions come with cable channels. Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

I have stayed at Noi many times.The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean and in good order. Every single staff member goes out of their way to help you if you need anything. Highly recommend this hotel in Santiago.

I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.

O ar condicionado do meu quarto não conseguia gelar o quarto todo, o hotel forneceu um ventilador. Centro do quarto estava mais quente do que o lado de fora. As tomadas são bem antigas e em mal estado. O piso do quarto estava danificado com uma infiltração. Meu banheiro estava cheio de formiga.

Hotel bien situado con personal muy cortés. La habitación de mi hijo el aire acondicionado tenía problemas y no obstante ser reportado al personal, no fue resuelto. El último día se le ofreció ser cambiado de habitación pero no teníamos tiempo y se optó por no usar la climatización y en cambio abrir las ventanas. Nada agradable por los ruidos de la calle.
