At first the room had water on the floor and it appeared the lights weren't working in the bathroom, but that may have been due to my error. The light switches were so confusing and certain ones had to be turned on in the main entrance in order for any of the other lights to be turned on. Maybe I'm just not used to that and it's standard.

Great stay in Santos

The room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 18th floor and could see the ocean from it (even thou the building is a few blocks from the beach). My son slept in a side sofá, which was ok. Breakfast is a little extra but it was worthy and it is cheaper if you buy in advance. All staff was helpful and well-trained. Location is also nice, close to a mall and to Santos’ gastronomic street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

Modern hotel in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Easy to find and access by car. Super friendly staff. Sophia in the breakfast restaurant is a beauty. The curly girl in the reception helped us a lot with recommendations and taxi bookings. The room is spacious with all the basics. Good aircon, possible to open windows. Water pressure and hot water good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fitness area is decent for a hotel. Rooftop bar and pool available on 32nd floor. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if ever flying back to Santos.

The HVAC must be cleaned immediatelly. The smell of mold was very strong even when the air conditioning was not running in the room. The smell was also strong on the 6th floor, during breakfast. One window was visible damaged in the breakfast room (see photo). Staff was very friendly but that was not enough to conpensate for the strong smell of mold.

Primeira e última vez no Novotel Sempre me hospedei no Sheraton mas este estava lotado então resolvi experimentar o Novotel. que cheguei antes do check in e a recepção me disse que não tinha quarto vago. Tudo bem pois como eu mesmo disse, cheguei antes da hora, porém para a infelicidade da recepcionista, logo após eu me sentar para esperar o “quarto vago”, chegou uma excreção e todos entraram. Quando mandei chamar a gerente por estar indignado com tamanha discriminação imediatamente surgiu um quarto pra mim. No restaurante, acreditem, o preço para quem não está hospedado é mais barato !!! Isso mesmo que vc leu, o preço para quem não está hospedado é mais barato. Café da manhã terrível com mesas sujas, funcionários displicentes e porcos Sim porcos… Pedi para limparem uma mesa para eu me sentar e o atendente simplesmente jogou s sujeira de mesa no chão Um filme de terror Nunca mais…
