Hotel melhorou nos últimos anos, mas a alimentação ainda deixa a desejar. Também poderiam retornar com o chopp na hora do petisco. Para quem se hospeda na Ala Palmeiras, dificilmente conseguirá dormir antes das 23:30h, pois o som do show é muito alto e depois que termina, ainda irá ouvir o barulho de vários hospedes retornando aos seus quartos.

As camas de solteiro os colchões precisam serem trocados toalhas maiores para banhos manutenção dos quartos antes do hóspede ocupar o quarto por exemplo pedimos para arrumarem uma tomada e só fizeram um dia antes de irmos embora

Me hospedei no prédio Mirante, e a pista para descer ao restaurante e afins está com o cimento irregular e com pequenos buracos. A mesma estrutura de quando ele foi feito a mais de 10 anos. Não houve melhorias como um "elevador" mais rápido ou uma forma de escada lateral com mais segurança. A comida é simples, porém boa. Não é all inclusive pois as bebidas são pagas a parte. Senti falta de atenção a conservação do local também.
