The man at checkin was extremely helpful. He even helped us order a pizza because we arrived so late the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very convenient for the bus station which is why we stayed there. It was basic but got the job done. The bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, there was some hair in the shower drain from a previous guest. The towels were quite worn and one had a hole in it. We arrived on a late flight and had an early bus the next morning so it worked well for that.

Já começamos mal no hotel, porque cheguei e pedi checkin antecipado e queriam me cobrar o valor de 1 diaria inteira (mais de 300,00), sendo que no meu checkout tardio eles tinham me cobrado somente 150,00. O recepcionista não foi nem um pouco simpático ou colaborativo para nos ajudar nesse quesito, porém, guardaram nossas malas. O hotel é muito barulhento, do quarto ouve tudo no corredor, ouve barulho da rua, ouve barulho do elevador, para nós que queríamos descansar por causa do treinamento que estávamos fazendo em SP foi péssimo. A camareira totalmente SEM NOÇÃO, ficou batendo na porta querendo entrar, como não abrimos ela foi embora e voltou depois, só que dessa vez ela abriu a porta do quarto com toda a força que ela tinha, total falta de comunicação da recepção com os funcionários, sendo que a recepção já estava avisada que iriamos fazer o checkout tardio. Isso pra mim foi o fim da pica e total falta de respeito com nosso descanso e privacidade. E a camareira não satisfeita depois de fazer toda essa palhaçada, ficou ela e mais duas no corredor conversando, pra terminar de atrapalhar nosso descanso, porque como disse, dá de ouvir tudo que falam no corredor. E pra finalizar, a toalha de banho que parecia um trapo, toda deformada, tirei até uma foto da situação que se encontrava a toalha oferecida no meu quarto. Meu Deus, a pior experiencia que ja tive em um hotel.
