A única coisa que salva o hotel é o Shuttle o rapaz super atencioso e prestativo. O Staff nao da nem boa noite. Pessimo banheiro,o chuveiro molha todo o chão do banheiro. O ar condicionado nao funciona. Nao voltaria para passar nenhuma noite para esperar meu voo novamente.

Convienient location for airport, comfortable room, great shower, good breakfast, nice to have free airport shuttle. Check in was very slow with only one member of staff serving a queue of 12 people! The room safe box did not work. It would not lock.

There was no shuttle pickup, as indicated, at the airport. Ended up paying for a cab. No apologies or nothing at the front desk. Overpriced and less-than-mediocre buffet.
