We have stayed in a lot of places over the years and can honestly state this was one of the nicest. Could not fault any aspect, the place was amazing. We will be coming back for sure to Sapporo and will be staying in the Sapporo Grand Hotel.

A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!

Would be better if windows have black out curtains but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Also I like the pola shampoo. Perfect location. Nice flower scent at the entrance lobby. Parking is a plus.
