So close to everything within walking distance, bus stop right in front of the hotel Room is superb; quiet, clean, modern and new Staffs are friendly and helpful Cost is inexpensive for this quality If you are traveling to Sapporo, book this one!

The size of our room was the biggest surprise…it was huge! My family of four was able to spread out and relax in comfort! Staff was top notch! The location was convenient to the train station and shopping. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

In spite of a 4 star hotel reception from the entry to checkin, the room I checked was smelly, dark, and archaic, which was still clean and spacious though, reminded me of a motel room somewhere in US midwest city. They definitely need a renovation.

Carpet was stained, thread bare and old. Bathroom smelled moldy, toilet wand was moldy. Bed was very, very firm. Pillows were unusual. Rooms need renovation. Housekeeping was attentive. Convenient to JR train station and Metro.
