BEWARE bed bugs

Listen to people when they are checking in without attitude realize that people are staying in hotels for various reasons, including homelessness, elderly, and families make it more family oriented. Also, the breakfast was terrible. There were also remains from bedbugs so we didn’t even sleep in the bed and then they hit me with a smoking fee and I don’t even smoke and it’s $250.

Convenient location. Good breakfast ( included). Huge room/suite. My only complaint is the shower door. I could not take a shower without the floor getting soaking wet. I had to use the bath mat and a towel to sop up the water.

Arrived at 4pm for check in and they didn’t have a room ready until 5pm. It wasn’t the room I booked either - a downgrade that they tried to pretend was an upgrade. Crazy for $500/night

After a scam of a book in at Brentwood Hotel, this was a similarly price and close location to where we wanted to be. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. My kids even got fresh baked cookies upon arrival! The pool was on the smaller side but it was perfect for our young kids. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!
