The bed was not comfortable. The quality of the bedding and the quality of the towels was poor. When I asked to have the room made up, they ended up dumping towels and sheets on the floor outside my room. The room was clean and lovely to look at. The bed, linens and towels were definitely not acceptable. When they made up my room, they took away the extra blanket that I had requested. I won’t return. There are better hotels to stay at.

The unique thing about this hotel was that they had a day spa attached to it. The thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the fact that the day spa wasn’t open while I was there.

Clean room, decent breakfast, within walking distance of several places for meals. My only gripe would be that the room I had did not include a fridge with freezer, just a fridge, but that unfortunately seems to be true for most of the places I find myself staying the last couple of years. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

I appreciate the kitchen ladies and the room service staff,they are very nice and helpful,but the front desk staff are not all friendly to us. Also I know it is a family hotel but we kept getting woken up by screaming and stomping children late at night and super early in the morning,I wish there's a rule for people with kids to be considerate to others in the hotel,that's all.

Fantastic location near circle drive. Very short walk to shoppers drug mart, rock creek, dominos pizza, bar burrito. Short walk to McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Starbucks and more. Decent breakfast, clean, nice pool.

Our stay was good. They clean rooms every third night of your stay, so you have to ask for any supplies you need, like more coffee, but they always gave them to us right away. The location was very handy to shopping and dining, as well as accessing the freeway.
